Sylvia Vitale Rotta is a true citizen of the world. Born in Tanzania to Italian parents, and graduate from the Royal Art School in London. It was there that she met Nick Craig, with whom she founded Team Creatif in 1986. Since then, the Design Agency has become a reference for the French and international markets.
A global ambassador of Design, Sylvia Vitale Rotta, was President of the first Design Jury at Eurobest in 2008, the Cannes Lions in 2009 and Dubai Lynx in 2010. To support talented women, she has participated in the “See it Be it” at the Cannes Lions Festival for five years and is also a member of the International Women’s Forum. Because the sharing of knowledge is important to her, she regularly leads MasterClasses at schools such as Istec, Estacom, Ecv, Intuit Lab, or Esam… She also gave a TEDx conference, “Packaging is for people,” in 2016.
As a permanent member of the Red Dot Awards jury for five years, the founder of TEAM CREATIF GROUP co-presented the famous Worldwide Design Awards with Peter Zec at the Berlin Opera House. In 2017, she was Knighted by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs to celebrate her exceptional career of over 35 years in Design. In addition, she was elected “Entrepreneur of the Year” in 2019.
In 2020, Sylvia Vitale Rotta was mandated by IFAD (International Fund for Agricultural Development), a specialized agency of the United Nations, to support independent farmers in West Africa (23 countries) and enhance their products through Branding & Packaging Design.
In 2022, Sylvia Vitale Rotta took over the Presidency of the EPDA (European Brand & Packaging Design Association).
